We Market Your Properties We May Refer You Deals Too Whether you have a large apartment building, a retail shopping center, a gas station, a bowling alley, a 100,000 square foot industrial warehouse building, an independent or a flagged hotel or motel, an office building, or a single family home, we will help you market your properties to sell if you are the listing broker or the owner of the property. We may create residential and commercial property flyers with various financing options to help you market your properties. Our real estate flyers may include your company logo, pictures and maps in regard to the subject property, and information about the income and expenses related to the subject property. These flyers will be created FREE of charge to you. We will display financing options to help show your potential buyers that they may qualify for higher loan dollars than they may have originally thought with our easier loan qualifying (i.e. negative debt coverage ratios considered, new entitites, bridge or mezzanine financing, etc.). Our group may email and mail out to our regional and national list of investors and brokers information in regard to your subject property. We send out monthly four color real estate newsletters with real estate flyers inserted to our large database of clients or prospects. These people may include successful attorneys, business agents, accountants, wealth advisors, developers, residential and commercial real estate brokerage firms, real estate investment and 1031 exchange clubs, and many other sources who may have an interest in your property. My team may also be able to send you listing referrals for all types of real estate.
