Loans may be tied to a variety of different indices from 11th District Cost of Funds, MTA, CMT, or the 6-month LIBOR. Fixed Rate Loans with terms of 3, 5, 7, 10, or 15 years with 30-year amortizations. Some programs are available that roll to an adjustable loan at the end of the fixed rate period. * Bridge Loans - Short term loans for turnaround situations.
